Sippur 2015

November 6, 2015 | See UJIA

Over two hundred members of the community joined the conversation about ‘New ideas on the Jewish story, Israel and us’ at ‘Sippur’, UJIA’s second convention, in association with JDOV.

Guests heard 10-12 minute TED-style talks at JW3 from UJS President Hannah Brady, former Knesset Member Dr Ruth Calderon, Senior Sephardi Rabbi Joseph Dweck, Israeli psychotrauma specialist Professor Mooli Lahad, and Honey & Co restauranteurs Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich.

In contrast with the usual call for mobile phones to be turned off, guests were actively encouraged to get involved in the online conversation throughout the live event, using #sippur and tagging @UJIAcharity.
