This new position will lead UJIA’s work to generate quality evidence of our impact and translate that into diverse and accessible formats, using a variety of media to suit our diverse audiences.
To achieve this, you will develop and manage a learning and knowledge management process, working collaboratively with colleagues in Cohort Teams to embed evaluation into all our activities, from planning and designing our programmes onwards.
Knowledge of best practice in impact evaluation within the charities sector is essential.

The UJIA Informal Education Department specialises in the creation of Israel Engagement educational programmes in the UK and in Israel aimed at young British Jews. The role of UJIA Israel Engagement Educator is a crucial part of the team within the Department that plans and delivers this work.
The role is to support the development of Hadracha, Informal Jewish Education and Israel Education both within UJIA and amongst our many partner organisations. In addition, your skills will be utilised at different times by other UJIA colleagues in the UK and in Israel.
We are looking to recruit a Senior Events Coordinator to oversee the execution and delivery of fundraising and cultivation events for UJIA. You will manage all the administration of UJIA events, as well as liaise with the relevant lay committees and be the key liaison with table hosts and guests. You will also be responsible for the inputting and maintenance of the events data on our database and for arranging all the logistics.
If you have a flair for events, a can-do attitude and great attention to detail, this might be for you!
