PROPOSAL

Bring young adults aged 18-30 from Kibbutz Kfar Azza to London for a 4-day trip to aid emotional recovery. This group is deemed the most affected, and psychologists believe this trip can be equivalent to a year’s worth of therapy. The itinerary includes visiting attractions, shows, galleries, restaurants, and connecting with the local Jewish community.

NUMBERS

110 young adults on the kibbutz, proposed to bring them over in groups of 20.

BUDGET

Total cost for travel, accommodation, welcome packs, food, and outings for 110 young adults: £250,000.

DATES

Two trips in February 2024 – group 1 on 7th-11th and group 2 on 21st-25th. Further trip dates TBC.

Creating the positive opportunity of an exciting trip to London, will give the young adults of our community a much-needed break from their circumstances, which will be paramount in helping them regain their mental strength.’
