Chair

Zvi is a founder and partner of the Noé Group with strategic oversight direction of the group, its investment decisions and partner relationships. He is a passionate leader in the Jewish community, having been a UJIA Trustee since 2022 and Chair since 2024, as well as a Trustee of the London School of Jewish Studies, the Rachel Charitable Trust and a Trustee and Founder of One Great Day, an organisation raising funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Treasurer

Simon is UJIA Treasurer, having previously served on UJIA’s finance committee for over five years. Simon is a chartered accountant, entrepreneur, mentor and thinker who spent most of his professional career at Blick Rothenberg, a leading tax, accounting and business advisory firm in the UK. He recently founded Spinney Advisory, providing commercial and financial advice to growing entrepreneurial businesses, their founders and management.

Chief Executive

Mandie has been Chief Executive of UJIA since 2020, having relocated to London with her family from the South of Israel to take up the role. She joined the Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC) in 2001 and rose to become Regional Director overseeing JDC’s work with Jewish communities in Asia and Africa and responsible for JDC’s global disaster and development programmes. Mandie is also a trustee of the NALA Foundation, a leading NGO that seeks to eliminate neglected tropical diseases in Africa.
